Olga Kefalogianni was born in Athens, Greece in 1975.
She served as Minister of Tourism of Greece (2012-2015).

Between 2004-2006 she served as legal advisor to the Prime Minister of
Greece.

She is the author of the book “The role of the European Union in the Cyprus
issue”.

She has served as Head of the Greek Parliament Delegation to the Interparliamentary Union (I.P.U.) and as Ambassador of the Greek Parliament to the “Women Political Leaders” (WPL).

She is the Founder and President of the “Center for Gender and Equality Policy
Studies” of the European Public Law Organization (EPLO).

Spiros Panas

Co-founder of Panas Group

Spyros Panas is an entrepreneur in the hospitality and food service industry and co-founder of Panas Group, together with his brother, Chrysanthos Panas. The group is one of the most recognized hospitality groups in Greece, developing and managing iconic venues in hospitality, gastronomy, and entertainment. Among the group’s most notable projects are Island Resort Athens Riviera on the Athenian Riviera and Athénée in the center of Athens, both of which have become landmark destinations.

Spyros Panas was born in Athens, grew up in Vouliagmeni, and resides in Voula. He studied Mining and Metallurgical Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens and has served as Mayor of the Municipality of Vari–Voula–Vouliagmeni.

Alina Krupenina

Co-founder of Wed Vibes

Co-founder of Wed Vibes and a marketing executive with more than 15 years of experience in brand and digital marketing. She has led nationwide promotional campaigns for global brands such as Nutella and Ferrero Rocher and brings a multidisciplinary approach to marketing, combining expertise in trade marketing, category management, go-to-market strategy, and digital media.

Alina has a strong track record of uncovering consumer insights and translating them into effective business strategies that drive growth and sales. Through Wed Vibes and her broader marketing work, she helps businesses strengthen their social media presence by designing and executing integrated digital media strategies that elevate brand visibility and engagement.

Dimitris Fragakis

Executive President of New Metropolitan Attica SA

Dimitris Fragakis is the President of the Development Organization of the Region of Attica “New Metropolitan Attica SA”. Born in 1972 in Athens, he holds an MSc in Law and Political Science from the University of Athens and is a graduate of the Athens School of Philosophy.

Throughout his professional career, he has held key positions in the public sector. He served as an Advisor to Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis in the Hellenic Parliament (2004–2013) and at the Ministry of Administrative Reform (2013–2014). From 2014 to 2019, he served as Secretary General for the Municipality of Chania, and in 2019, he ran for office in the National Elections as a candidate for Member of the Parliament. From 2019 to 2024, he served as Secretary General of the Greek National Tourism Organization (GNTO). He is the owner of a family tourism business, speaks fluent English and Italian, and has one son.

Xenia Kourtoglou, ΜSc.

Founder Focus Bari & Resilience Expert

An entrepreneur, a Market Research Specialist, with 35+ years of experience in human/consumer behavior studies and business consultancy. A passionate mentor with a sharp business perspective and a deep human understanding, Xenia has recently launched her personal brand as a Resilience Expert in life and business. An evangelist of Customer Experience as the main mission of every business, Xenia’s vision is a society with more happy, creative and accountable people, and an authentically human and planet centric business community.

Anastasios Konstantaros

CEO Rhodes Tourism Promotion Organization

Anastasios Konstantaros is a tourism professional specializing in maritime tourism, destination development strategy, and the organization of international events. He is the Founder and CEO of BoatsAdvisor Hub & Events and CEO of the Rhodes Tourism Promotion Organization (PROTOUR), the official body responsible for the strategic planning and promotion of Rhodes’ tourism product.

He also serves as a Maritime Tourism Development Consultant, collaborating with institutional stakeholders. He plays a leading role in major initiatives such as the International Sea Tourism Festival and the Panhellenic Yachting Congress, participates actively as a speaker in international forums, and is a Welcome Ashore Ambassador, promoting sustainable and innovative tourism development models.

Sofia Adamantopoulou

Cluster Director of Sales

A seasoned executive in luxury hospitality, Sofia holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Piraeus and an MBA from Bocconi University in Milan. She began her career at L’Oréal before moving into leadership roles in ultra-luxury travel and lifestyle management.

Throughout her career, she has led high-impact commercial and investment initiatives, including the launch of new luxury ventures. In 2023, she transitioned into hospitality, leading the commercial opening of One&Only Aesthesis as Director of Sales. Today, as Cluster Director of Sales for Costa Navarino’s Marriott properties, she drives revenue growth and strategic positioning across key international markets.

Alexandros Thanos

Executive Director SETE

Alexandros Thanos is the Executive Director of SETE.  Prior to this position, he was the Deputy Governor of the region of Central Macedonia 2022 – 2023, Head of Tourism Sector of the Region of Central
Macedonia (2019-2021), Deputy Governor of Tourism and Culture of Central Macedonia (2016 – 2019) and the Regional Adviser of Central Macedonia for education, development, environment and European programs (2011 – 2016).

He is a graduate of the Department of Theology of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and holds a Master’s Degree in Sociology.  Mr. Thanos is also a graduate of the University of Macedonia in Business Administration and holds an MBA in Business Administration from Kingston University, specializing in Strategic Company Development.

Nikos Diamantopoulos

General Manager of Marketing Greece

Nikos Diamantopoulos is a key executive at Marketing Greece, having been part of the organization since its establishment. He possesses deep and comprehensive knowledge of both the company and the broader Greek tourism sector.

A graduate of the Department of Informatics and Telecommunications at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Nikos was the driving force behind the creation and successful launch of the travel platform Discovergreece.com. Throughout his career, he has led numerous strategic initiatives and projects within the company, and since May 2023, he has held the position of General Manager of Marketing Greece, continuing to guide the organization with a focus on innovation and growth.
